Zero One Hundred Conferences is a leading event organizer within the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) industry in Europe. With a track record of success, we have already organized 50 PE & VC online and offline events in different countries over the last 8 years, with over 1700 speakers, 7000 investors, and 12 000 attendees. Each event brings together 350-1000 senior level delegates from the industry, gathering top notch funds as APG, AlpInvest, VenCap, Northzone, Stepstone, Blackrock, Blackstone, Adams Street, Speedinvest and many more. Our prestigious events focus more on quality than quality, with a large focus on relevant audience, high seniority, strong LP/GP ratio and boutique networking experience.

The locations of conferences are Amsterdam, Vienna, Prague & Milan. In addition to that, we facilitate fundraising for selected GPs through capital introductions.


Zero One Hundred Conferences is a part of Zero One Hundred Ventures, which is a leading venture builder with a mission to help create and support awesome companies, foster local and international talent, and contribute to the development of the European startup ecosystem. The Zero One Hundred ecosystem includes 2 VC funds.


The role consists of:

- Researching, identifying and securing relevant investors to speak at conferences

- Direct communication with top management of PE & VC investors

- Building long lasting relationships with PE & VC investors

- Working on delegate acquisition campaigns to reach predefined KPIs

- Communication with suppliers in all stages of the event preparation

- Staying up to date with latest developments in the PE & VC industry and writing conference agendas

- Collaborating with clients and executing sponsorship deliverables

- Reviewing and updating conference content

- Travelling to the event cities, managing the event on the spot and looking after speakers, sponsors and attendees

- Maintaining the contact records in CRM system (Hubspot)


A successful candidate has:

- A personal track record of delivering successful investment events (4+ years) or/and 4+ years of Investor Relations work experience

- Impressive networking skills and ability to quickly build strong, long-lasting relationships

- Have a strong to-do approach and be ready to get involved in anything needed each time

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills

- A structured and systematic approach to tasks

- The ability to work well independently but knowing that collaboration brings the best results

- Proactive management of own work and finding natural to take ownership and always strive to improve

- Experience or at minimum good knowledge and genuine interest in Private Equity and Venture Capital

- Interest in working in a startup environment

- Professional communication in English - both written and spoken
