Craig MacDonald, Managing Director at HarbourVest. Craig MacDonald joined HarbourVest in 2005 in Boston, transferring to London in 2009 and then Dublin in 2019 to serve as head of office. He focuses on originating, evaluating, and executing direct co-investments in growth equity and buyout transactions, primarily in Europe and has worked on investments including CallCredit, Finanzcheck, Flexera Software, Nordax, Photobox, and Xpressdocs. Craig joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley in New York where he was an analyst focusing on consumer finance. Craig’s prior experience also includes investment banking analyst positions with Citigroup Global Markets in New York and London. Craig received a BA in Political Science and Information Systems (with honors and distinction) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2001, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Richard is based in the firm’s London office and focuses on both co-investment and secondary transactions. Richard represents Hamilton Lane on several fund advisory boards and is a regular conference speaker. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2011, Richard worked as a Director with Alliance Trust Equity Partners, where he helped establish a private equity fund investment business together with making a number of direct investments. Bernard McGuire, Jr., Managing Director at 57 Stars. Mr. McGuire joined 57 Stars in 2008, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He participates in the sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring of fund investments and co-investments across all of the firm’s markets and represents the firm and its investors on multiple fund and co-investment advisory boards. Prior to 57 Stars, Mr. McGuire served at Overseas Private Investment Corporation as a Director in the Investment Funds Department. During his tenure with OPIC, Mr. McGuire led the origination and execution of emerging markets alternative asset fund investments totalling USD 1.3 billion and USD 680 million, respectively, while managing and restructuring a USD 600 million global portfolio of OPIC legacy investments.

Gonzalo Erroz Beltran, Partner at Hayfin Capital Management. Mr Erroz is a Partner in the Private Equity Funds team at Hayfin Capital Management responsible for private equity investments. Prior to joining Hayfin, Mr. Erroz was Managing Principal at Allstate Investments, heading the firm’s London office and Private Equity investments in Europe, Asia and Africa; holding several BoD and LPAC positions over the last de cade. Before Allstate Investments, Mr. Erroz was part of the Private Equity investment team at the sovereign wealth fund GIC and the investment banking team at Deutsche Bank in London.
