Matias Kaila
Venture capital and private equity defines my whole professional career, having observed the field from multiple angles. VC/PE has always fascinated me, as it can support companies’ growth as well as the development and the transformation of industries by catalysing capital and know-how. Yet, networks and individuals are central: their ideas can be brought to the forefront with help from VC/PE investors. Even the smallest ideas can eventually transform the market, Finland or even the world. That is why I’m more than happy to discuss new ideas of various sizes.
