Moritz Elfers
Moritz joined BC Partners in 2011. He is a Managing Director in the Private Equity team based in Hamburg.
Previously, Moritz worked in the Private Equity and M&A team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Prior to this he held roles at KPMG Transaction Services and the German Foreign Service.
Daniel Keiper-Knorr
As a founding partner at Speedinvest, Daniel covers limited partner relations and fundraising both on the fund and portfolio levels.
Daniel started his professional career as a stockbroker and private banker with ErsteBank in Vienna and Credit Suisse in Zurich. In 2000, he teamed up with Oliver Holle and Werner Zahnt in their Fintech startup, offering mobile payments to the media, entertainment and information industries. In 2006, they sold their startup NASDAQ listed VeriSign in a €55 million exit.
Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in management and finance from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
Daniel is a passionate skier.
Tatjana Berg
Tatjana Berg is an Investment Manager at Schroders Capital based in Zürich. She is part of the European investment team and is responsible for the DACH region. Prior to joining Schroders Capital in 2018, Tatjana worked in a Swiss-based investment and consulting firm as well as at a corporate finance advisor. Tatjana holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
Roumyana Schnettler
Roumyana Schnettler is a partner at capiton AG, an experienced Private equity investor with focus on mid-cap companies in the DACH region.
Roumyana looks back at a 15 years successful career in private equity. She has a strong track record of deal-making, value creation, and experience in mid-market deals, in particular in the German speaking region. Roumyana has a background in Economics and holds an MBA from Purdue University Krannert Business School.
Philippe Roesch
Philippe Roesch is founding Managing Partner of RIAM Alternative Investments, an independent advisory firm based in Frankfurt advising reputable family offices and institutional investors on their private equity portfolio allocation, the selection of funds and direct investments as well as on the purchase of funds commitments in the secondary market. Mr. Roesch has built-up a 30 years successful international funds and direct investments track record on behalf of blue chip investors. Before founding RIAM in 2012, he was Head of Private Equity Europe with HQ Capital (formerly Auda), prior to that, Head of Private Equity with Harald Quandt Holding. In the mid-nineties, he ran a significant global fund-of-funds as well as co-investments portfolio for DBG, the private equity captive of Deutsche Bank. M. Roesch developed his direct investment experience with the strategic investor Deutsche Bahn AG Holding, where he led numerous M&A and JV projects in Europe, as well as a Principal with Triton. M. Roesch began his career as an M&A-advisor with BHF-Bank AG in 1993.
Mr. Roesch earned a Mastère degree from HEC School of Management, Paris, a Sciences Po degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Strasbourg, and degrees in International Economics as well as Banking & Finance from the Universities of Strasbourg. He is fluent in English, French and German. Mr. Roesch is an active and appreciated member of the private equity community and participates as speaker, moderator or panelist to panel discussions at leading international private equity, family offices and institutional investors’ conferences.
Christoph Kauter
With 25 years of business experience, Christoph is an in-depth experienced Private Equity, Investment, M&A, Strategy and Business Development professional and is holding Executive Board positions at Private Equity firms from 2008 on, demonstrating a proven track record of successful acquisitions, operational development and exit of dozens of SME companies in the DACH region. Since founding Beyond, he established the firm as a well-reputed and active GP in the Germany speaking Asset-Light lower-mid-cap segment, comprising institutional investors as LPs in their funds. For recreation, Christoph loves to spend time with his family.
Christoph Haimberger
Christoph is Managing Director of aws Fondsmanagement. He is responsible for investments as well as portfolio and exit decisions of VC/PE funds called aws Gründerfonds (www.gruenderfonds.at) and aws Mittelstandsfonds (www.mittelstands-fonds.at).
So far, more than EUR 500m have been invested in more than 40 portfolio companies together with international co-investors and numerous exits have been successfully completed. Christoph drives a strong co-investment strategy and in doing so, he also addresses corporate venture capital partners for future investments.
Christoph has more than 20 years of expertise in delivering impactful investment solutions and previously shaped companies with VC and CVC funds like Elevator Ventures / Raiffeisen Bank International and 3TS Capital Partners, among others.
Christoph is a strong believer in digital and green start-ups. He sees himself as a long-term oriented co-entrepreneur with proactive investor support from a shareholder's perspective. He accompanies the technology companies over longer development phases and aims to achieve goals together.
Christoph Haimberger holds a PhD in Business Administration with specialization in Investment Banking & Capital Markets and Environmental Management.
Bernardo Marques Dos Santos
Bernardo joined Qualitas Equity Funds in 2020, to lead investments in Southern Europe and US. Before joining Qualitas, Bernardo had strategy consulting experience in Bain Company, where he led projects across diversified industries / countries and was part of Bain Private Equity Group
Bernardo Marques dos Santos holds a MSC in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade of Oporto and an Master’s in Business Administration from London Business School.
