Ricardo is Partner and Head of Private Equity at Arcano, a global alternative asset manager with €8bn in AuM. He previously worked at Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in London and started his career at BankBoston, first as a credit analyst and then a fixed income trader. Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and an MBA from Columbia Business School

Anastasia is Head of Italy and a Principal in the Client Solutions Group, leading the firm’s Milan office. She is responsible for client management locally and plays a significant role in the development of investment activities and client relationships in Italy. In addition, she is involved in European investment activities and client management. Anastasia has over 15 years international experience in private capital, both on the investment side and client management. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, initially based in the firm’s Sydney office, Anastasia was an Associate Director in the Investment team at Quentin Ayers, an Australian advisor on global private capital portfolios for institutional clients. She began her career at the European Investment Fund (EIF), based in Luxembourg, where she held roles in the Risk Management department and Private Equity & Venture Capital Investment team. Anastasia earned her M.S. in General Management from Bocconi University, Milan.

Felix Heon is Sustainability Director at Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he leads the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability strategy. As part of his role, Felix works alongside the wider Antin team, ensuring that ESG matters are incorporated at all stages of the investment cycle. He also closely collaborates with Antin’s portfolio companies, providing them with specialised guidance to help them reinforce their ESG performance. Moreover, Felix is actively involved in various industry groups and initiatives promoting the widespread adoption of responsible investment strategies, including the International Climat Initiative (iCI), Invest Europe’s Responsible Investment Roundtable, and France Invest’s ESG Commission. Prior to joining Antin in 2018, Felix spent three years as a Sustainability Consultant at PwC, where he advised private equity funds on the integration of ESG issues across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, retail, and healthcare. Felix was hired at PwC from VINCI, a multinational concessions and construction group, where he worked as an Environmental Project Officer for two years. Felix holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a Master's in Energy & Environmental Management from Sciences Po Paris.

Nevena Batchvarova, is a Principal of Neuberger Berman and NB Renaissance with responsibility for Fundraising and Investor Relations. Previously, she was responsible for Investor Relations at Ambienta SGR, which she joined in 2018. Prior to Ambienta, Nevena was a senior investment professional at Green Arrow Capital and DeA Capital Alternative Funds in Milan, where she focused on primary fund investment, secondaries and co-investments. Prior to that, Nevena was an Investment Associate in Coller Capital’s global investment team and an Executive in Campbell Lutyens’ fundraising team in London. Nevena started her career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking division in New York, where she was involved in a number of IPO, equity and structured finance transactions. Nevena holds an A.B. in Public Policy and International Relations from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

As a founding partner at Speedinvest, Daniel covers limited partner relations and fundraising both on the fund and portfolio levels. Daniel started his professional career as a stockbroker and private banker with ErsteBank in Vienna and Credit Suisse in Zurich. In 2000, he teamed up with Oliver Holle and Werner Zahnt in their Fintech startup, offering mobile payments to the media, entertainment and information industries. In 2006, they sold their startup NASDAQ listed VeriSign in a €55 million exit. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in management and finance from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. Daniel is a passionate skier.

Lele Cao, a Principal AI Research Scientist at EQT Motherbrain, holds a Ph.D. in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from Tsinghua University. His primary interest lies in leveraging large generative models and knowledge graphs to drive innovation within Private Equity. Lele has over 14 years of industrial experience and has published more than 30 academic papers and patents, delving into the application of Machine Learning in diverse fields, including Investment, Finance, Gaming, Geoinformatics, and Robotics.
