Manuel Deimel is Managing Director and Head of Co-Investments. Mr Deimel has more than 15 years of investment experience in private equity fund investments as well as direct and co-investments. Before joining YIELCO, Mr. Deimel was Senior Investment Director at SwanCap with a focus on direct co-investments (2014-2020). Prior to that, Mr. Deimel was active in the Principal Investment division of UniCredit, where he helped build the private equity program since it inception in 2008. Prior to that, he spent three years in the leveraged finance department of UniCredit / HVB AG, where he was involved in various financings with renowned private equity houses. Mr. Deimel began his professional career in 2000 in the areas of equity research and M&A at ING/BHF Group and HVB AG.

Immanuel von Aesch is a Director Business Intelligence at Capvis. Prior to joining Capvis, Immanuel worked as a Strategy & Analytics Manager at a small Strategy Boutique Consultancy, as Applied Intelligence Manager at Accenture and as Energy Economist at BKW. Immanuel holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel and a postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning und Artificial Intelligence from Columbia University. He is currently finishing his Executive MBA. Having grown up close to the mountains, he became a passionate snowboarder in winter which evolved to enjoying surfing whenever he is close to the sea.

Prior to joining Triton, Cécile held the position of Vice President Global HR for the Engineered Component Group (ECG) and EMEA Corporate HR Lead at APTIV plc, formerly known as DELPHI Automotive plc, based in Wuppertal, Germany. Previously, she was Vice President Corporate Human Resources EMEA at Eaton Industries Manufacturing GmbH in Morges, Switzerland, and Divisional Director Human Resources EMEA Electrical Sector at Eaton Industries GmbH in Bonn, Germany. Prior to that, Cécile held various leading roles within Human Resources at Kennametal Inc., CT Consulting, WWL Internet, and Tomey AG in Germany. Cécile is a holds an MBA in Global Management, a degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University XIII in Paris, France, and is a Certified Psychological Coach.
