Executive Partner of the leading €165mn PE fund in the Baltics INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund managed by the leading asset management group in the Baltics – Invalda INVL, active since 1991. Currently serves as deputy chairperson of the largest environmental management group’s AS Eco Baltia supervisory board and chairperson of supervisory board of its subsidiary AS PET Baltija. Before joining INVL was one of the leading M&A experts in Lithuania with extensive experience in transaction structuring and negotiations, who advised local and international clients on deals with the combined value of almost €2 billion. Deimante enjoys travelling, reading and doing sports (kitesurfing, snowboarding and running) in her free time.

Henry is a member of the Alpha Associates Private Equity investment team and Investment Committee. He has been active in private markets investing since 1992. He is responsible for the due diligence, evaluation, execution and management of fund investments, secondary transactions and direct co-investments in Central & Eastern Europe and Russia/CIS and serves on a number of fund advisory boards in the region. Henry joined Alpha Associates in September 2008 from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), London. As Senior Banker at EBRD, he helped build EBRD’s private equity fund investment program into the largest in the CEE and CIS region and participated in several groundbreaking transactions in the region, including bank privatisations and turnarounds. In addition to his managerial and transactional responsibilities, he oversaw EBRD’s private equity performance data collection and analysis as well as the co-investment program between EBRD and its portfolio funds. Henry holds a B.A. and a M.Sc. from McGill University and the London School of Economics.

Jacek has over 25 years working experience in financial industry working for Arthur Andersen, HSBC, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and UniCredit Group. Before joining CEE Equity Partners, he has served as CEO and Managing Director of Pekao Investment Banking (Previously known as UniCredit CAIB) – the leading Eastern European Investment Banking and Brokerage franchise. Jacek has also served as a Member of UniCredit Global CF Committee and the Supervisory Boards of Kety Group – major European manufacturer of aluminum products, Pelion Polish pharma distributor and currently is a member of the Supervisory Board JW Construction – a leading Polish property developer. During his career Jacek was involved in over 120 deals in M&A and capital markets, advising entrepreneurs, PE funds and corporates across CEE region. Among others he provided buy side advisory for CVC on Zabka and PKP Energetyka; for Talanx on TU Europa Insurance or for Goldman Sachs PE on Robyg, sell side advisory for Abris on their courier business in Poland and Novago – waste management company, advised the government of the Republic of Poland on privatization of the energy sector: PGE, Tauron, Energa, JSW and run number IPOs/SPOs and ABB transactions such Cyfrowy Polsat, TVN, Dom Development, WP.pl. Jacek is a graduate of University of Economics in Poznan (Poland) and IESE Business School in Barcelona (Spain).

Edgar joined Abris in 2014 as Partner and has over 15 years of professional work experience. At Abris, he has worked on multiple transactions in the technology and digital, business services, industrial, and consumer retail. Additionally, Edgar’s focus areas include talent management, the implementation of ESG standards at the portfolio companies, and the Baltics. Prior to joining Abris, Edgar worked as a management consultant for over seven years, consulting for leading global companies including ten Fortune 500 companies across various sectors on a wide range of strategic, operational, and organizational issues. He has gained additional experience through roles at Highlander Partners, ING Investment Management, the National Bank of Poland, and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania. Edgar holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and has completed executive education courses in corporate governance and leadership (i.e. IESE, Harvard Business School). He has a CEMS Master’s degree in International Management, a Master’s in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Warsaw School of Economics. Edgar speaks four European languages fluently. He is also an active founding member of PSIK Next Gen Committee through organizing events (i.e. Leadership Series) to inspire new generation of investment professionals by sharing experiences.

Roland is Managing Partner at Cipio Partners (www.cipiopartners.com), a leading investment management and advisory firm for European Growth Capital & Minority Buy-Outs for Technology Companies. Roland leads Cipio’s origination activities while serving on several company boards in Europe. He started his private equity career at 3i Group doing technology and mid-market buyout deals. Before 3i, Roland was a strategy consultant with Roland Berger and the Boston Consulting Group, as well as a robotics researcher with Hitachi Ltd. in Japan. He holds degrees from EPFL in Lausanne and the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, USA.
