private equity portfolio from scratch, in both Europe and North-America, with a small/mid buyout strategy focus. The implementation of the program will be done in co-operation with a strategic
partner in Europe and another partner in North-America. Since 2019 and 2020, these partners each build a 500 million Fund of Funds for PGB. Since 2022 PGB started to due diligence re-up decisions for
managers where the initial investment fund commitment was executed in the Fund of Funds program. Furthermore in 2022, each partner started a 200 million co-investment fund to invest in the
co-investment opportunities from the funds selected in the Fund of Funds mandates and re-up funds selected by PGB directly.
