Founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and serves as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House. Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has been engaged in close to $8 billion of corporate finance transactions. With over 30 years of investment experience and entrepreneurial activity in the financial services, Mr. Cukierman also serves as a board member at Curalife, Tufin technologies and Dori Media Group. In the past he was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Continental Europe. In addition, Mr. Cukierman is the founder of the GoforIsrael annual conferences, a Board Member of the non-profit Sar-El and co-author of the Israel Valley book, originally published in French in 2013, and which has since been translated into Chinese, Italian and Portuguese. Mr. Cukierman holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a B.Sc. from the Technion.

Rebecca has experience from investing across asset classes (Early-stage tech, Public equity and RE) during her five years at the Scandinavian family office Haflo. Now her main focus is Haflo’s RE and hospitality tech investments. She is also the CEO of Norwegian Experience, managing and developing hospitality properties in Norway. Rebecca holds an MSc in Fin/Acc from Imperial College.

Andreas Hadjikyrou is the Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of 7Q Investment Group, a seasoned Investment Professional with a plethora of Board Executive experience. Andreas brings in excess of twenty years of experience in the field of Asset Management, Investments and Finance. He played a leading role in expanding the 7Q Investment Group overall footprint on the institutional investors landscape in Cyprus, including creating one of the biggest Cyprus AIF investing in local assets (including PE, Real Estate, VC).

George Ioannou is a Partner at Chrysostomides Advocates & Legal Consultants. He has significant experience in transactions support for mergers and acquisitions involving tech companies. Furthermore, he is highly specialized in the provision of tax advice, international tax planning and the application of double tax treaties, wealth planning for high net worth individuals, cross border mergers, mergers of Cyprus companies, transfers of corporate seat, preparation of legal capacity opinions and due diligence reports. George’s clients include both internationally established technology enterprises as well as start-ups, and he provides legal advice towards achieving their business goals, ranging from support in corporate transactions to tax, employment law, as well as wider contract law issues. Prior to joining the firm, George spent five years in the advisory and tax departments of a big-4 audit firm, where he also qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Marie-Therese Fam joined Silicon Badia as Partner in January 2022, managing Silicon Badia’s USD 50mn Badia Impact Squared Fund as well as Silicon Badia’s wider MENA region practice. She also serves as Silicon Badia’s representative on the boards of its portfolio companies covering different sectors including Fintech, Logistics and B2B SAAS. Prior to joining Silicon Badia, Marie was the Managing Partner and Board Member for Flat6Labs, managing all of Flat6Labs operations in Egypt from 2017 till 2021, including managing the Flat6Labs Egypt Seed Fund, a USD 13million seed fund investing in bright innovative technology entrepreneurs in Egypt. She managed a portfolio of over 70 companies covering a multitude of sectors including health tech, edu tech, finchtech, e-commerce, digital content, and logistics startups. Prior to joining Flat6Labs Egypt, Marie-Therese held several managerial leading positions in banking and non-banking financial institutions in Egypt and the GCC, among which managing USD 1bn in AUMs invested across mutual funds and discretionary portfolios. She received her Bachelor in Economics from Cairo University in 2003 and Masters Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, England in 2007.

Wahid Chammas is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of TyreGate Capital Holdings, LTD, a wholly owned Principal Holding Company of the Chammas Family Office. Wahid is also Co Founder and Managing Director of Real Estate Distressed Investments SAL, which is a private equity holding company that invests in distressed real estate in Cyprus and specializes in the purchase of non performing bank loan portfolios from Cypriot and Greek banks In addition, Wahid is a non executive director at Cyprus Development Bank. Currently, he is a shareholder and Managing Partner of The Luxury Fund which, together with its affiliated entities Azure Fund and TLF Ventures, invests in a diversified range of private and public securities issued by companies with global premier brand names in the luxury goods and services sectors. Most recently, Wahid served as Global Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sapinda Holding B V a privately owned Principal Investment Holding company focused on special situation investment opportunities across Continental Europe, Africa, Middle East Asia. Previously, Wahid was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager responsible for managing the Janus European and Emerging Markets Equity strategies Wahid established Janus’ investment presence in Europe in 2008 and sat on the European Management Committee He was recognized in Financial News (Dow Jones) as a Rising Star, 40 Under 40 in Asset Management, and has been highly rated on numerous occasions by Citywire Previously, he was also an equity securities analyst, primarily focused on Janus’ investments in the leisure and consumer sectors globally

Chris is a Senior Managing Partner of Kinisis Ventures Ltd (KV) where he is responsible with the financial analysis and valuation of start-up opportunities. Mr. Droussiotis’ training and expertise is in Investment Banking. Possessing over 30 years of experience by working for numerous global corporations in various executive management positions at Bank of America Merill Lynch, CIBC Oppenheimer, Mizuho Financial Group, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Trust UFJ and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). Prior to joining KV, Mr. Droussiotis was the General Manager and the Head of the Private Equity Sponsor Group at SMBC managing a $10 billion portfolio of Leveraged Loans, CLO Funds, and private equity investments. Mr. Droussiotis is also an Adjunct Professor at various college and universities including Columbia University, Fordham University, Baruch College and Seton Hall University, teaching finance, investments, and quantitative analysis. Mr. Droussiotis has also published a few books in areas of investments, credit risk and corporate valuations.

I am the Investment Manager at Exerte Partners Single Family Office where I am responsible for the Investment Strategy and its implementation. Having joined the Family Office while still at its infancy, it has been a challenge to find the team’s sweet spot but the journey towards building our strategy has been a priceless experience. We now invest across asset classes, both in the Private as well as the Public Markets, mostly aiming to support ambitious Founders, New Managers and Emerging Markets. Coming from a Chemical Engineering and Business Administration background, I leveraged my knowledge in pursuing roles in Consulting and Management where I helped set-up, turnaround and managed Businesses for over a decade.
