Ricardo is Partner and Head of Private Equity at Arcano, a global alternative asset manager with €8bn in AuM. He previously worked at Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in London and started his career at BankBoston, first as a credit analyst and then a fixed income trader. Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and an MBA from Columbia Business School
Thomas Hallinger: Managing Director, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2015 and is responsible for secondary market transactions (LP deals & GP-leds) across private equity, private credit and infrastructure equity segments. Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr. Hallinger worked in the investment banking division at UniCredit Bank in Financial Sponsor Solutions, where he supported financial investors with acquisition financings of companies in German-speaking countries. He started his career at Ardian in Private Equity Fund of Funds in Frankfurt and Paris. As a member of the global investment team, Mr. Hallinger focused on the private equity secondary market and completed several transactions including portfolios of direct investments. Mr. Hallinger holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Further, he completed the Masterclass of Private Equity at the Coller Institute of Private Equity at London Business School.
Adil is an investment professional and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, combining a solid foundation in finance and accounting with extensive experience in investment management focusing on maximising investment opportunities while managing risk. As part of the investment management team at Merseyside Pension Fund Adil is involved in asset allocation, risk management and portfolio construction decision making and developing investment strategies that align with long-term objectives of the Pension Fund focusing on generating stable returns while managing risk effectively. Adil is also member of the Fund’s Investment Committee.

To qualify for a complimentary pass, you must actively invest in PE/VC funds and represent one of the following organizations: a pension fund, insurance company, sovereign wealth fund, private wealth manager, secondary LP, fund of funds, foundation, endowment, trust, banking institution, family office or corporate investment division. Please note that all LP ticket applications will be reviewed for eligibility!
2. General Partner Pass (Paid):
This ticket is reserved for fund managers actively investing in companies.
3. Service Providers & Others (Paid):
This ticket is available for all companies and individuals not eligible for the LP or GP categories, for instance, accounting firms, accelerators, auditors, business angels, business development companies, commercial banks, crowdfunding platforms, financing advisory firms, fund administrators, incubators, investment banks, law firms, management consultants, placement agents, placement banks, recruiting firms, software providers, startups, target firms, valuation firms etc.
