Petr is an Investment Director at Schroders Capital covering private equity secondary investment activities in Europe, with a focus on lower mid-market GP-led transactions. Before joining Schroders Capital in 2017, Petr spent 4 years at Montana Capital Partners where he was an Associate conducting due diligence on secondary opportunities globally. Petr holds a Master degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Victoria, at the European Commission, is in charge of approving EU proposals for the European Innovation Council (EIC) Horizon Europe funding applications. Likewise, she represents the interests of the EIC €10,2bn fund as NED in the Belgian telecommunications company, Tessares. She is also investor in several start-ups innovative start-ups. Previously, she was Alliance’s Director British Telecom Europe, Executive Chairman Orange Spain, and Senior Vice-President International Proximus. She is a non-executive Director (NED) at CaixaBank Payments & Consumer.
Fabian joined Vitruvian in 2017, is heading the DACH office in Munich and is focused on Technology and Healthcare investments in the DACH and CEE region overall. Prior to Vitruvian Fabian has been a Partner with EQT, committed to the mid-market segment in the DACH and Nordics region. Prior to joining EQT, Fabian worked at MCap Finance investing in German mid-cap companies as well as for KPMG in the corporate finance team. In the course of his career, he has also co-founded an internet start-up. Fabian has over 17 years’ experience in mid-market private equity as well as growth investments across Europe. He has a MSc in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and a MBA from CEMS.
Rozalia Urbanek, Investment Director at PFR Ventures. She is responsible for investments in PE and VC funds. She has 8 years of experience in venture capital and private equity (before worked at PineBridge Investment and ForeVest), and 2 years of experience in transaction advisory (due diligence and M&A at EY). She completed the CEMS MIM program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Warsaw School of Economics.
At EIF since January 2009, Marco is heading the Lower Mid-Market team investing in equity, hybrid debt / equity and private debt funds across Europe, with a particular focus on the Northern, Eastern and Southern regions. He coordinates the Lower Mid-Market investment activity for several fund-of-funds initiatives, each one with specific geographical scope, (i.e. Turkey, Poland, Baltics, Central Europe, Italy, Portugal). He represents EIF on the Advisory Boards of over 20 funds. Prior to EIF, he worked in direct investments, in an Early Stage VC fund, and in management consulting. Marco holds a M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Senior Managing Director, joined CVC in 2014. Jakub is a member of the CVC Eastern Europe & Middle East team. Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Advent International and at Société Générale. Jakub graduated from UCLA and holds a BA degree in Business Economics
Michał Kędzia concentrates on the FMCG, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. His most important projects to date include Advanced Protection Systems, Dino, Goodspeed, Modular System, Nu-Med Grupa and Studenac. Oversees the firm’s investments in Slovenia and Croatia. Prior to joining EI, Michał worked in the mergers and acquisitions team at Ernst & Young (today EY) in Warsaw.
Agnieszka has been part of the Avallon team since 2006. She sits on the Supervisory Boards of the fund's portfolio companies. She was responsible for managing many MBO transactions, including development of Velvet and Good Food companies, in which she managed to bring growth that was much greater than investors had anticipated. Her previous projects mainly centred around the B2C and FMCG sectors

Please note that all LP ticket applications will be reviewed for eligibility!
2. General Partner Pass (Paid):
This ticket is reserved for fund managers actively investing in companies.
3. Service Providers & Others (Paid):
This ticket is available for all companies and individuals not eligible for the LP or GP categories, for instance, accounting firms, accelerators, auditors, business angels, business development companies, commercial banks, crowdfunding platforms, financing advisory firms, fund administrators, incubators, investment banks, law firms, management consultants, placement agents, placement banks, recruiting firms, software providers, startups, target firms, valuation firms etc.
