Mr. Houtteville is a Managing Director in Greenhill’s Capital Advisory group and is primarily responsible for coverage and execution of secondary transactions. Since joining Cogent Partners (which Greenhill acquired in 2015) in 2009, Mr. Houtteville has been responsible for managing all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution and has served a wide range of limited partners and general partners throughout Europe. Prior to joining Cogent, Mr. Houtteville was a Manager at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services in Paris, where he advised private equity funds and corporate clients on corporate finance, transaction support and restructuring issues.
Mr. Houtteville graduated from the ESSEC Business School and the Grenoble INP Institute of Technology.

Natacha Oskian is Business Development and MarCom Director at Allen & Overy’s Luxembourg office. She also leads the Fintech team and is an active member of the Allen & Overy Global Private Equity group. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2017, Natacha worked for more than 10 years as an external and internal auditor in the private equity, investment funds and banking sectors in Luxembourg and Munich. She is an active member of the LPEA, ALFI, ABBL and LHoFT working groups and participated in drafting technical position papers for private equity (AIFMD, Limited Partnership). In 2013 Natacha moved from a role in audit to create an iLAB (innovation lab) at one of the leading BIG4 firms, focusing on financial marketing, business development, digital marketing and communication. Today she continues to work at the intersection between private equity, financial marketing and technology by combining her financial and regulatory expertise with a creative mindset.

Jacques Graas is a Corporate/M&A Counsel at Allen & Overy’s Luxembourg office. He deals with a wide range of private equity transactions across all sectors. Jacques assists clients with all transactional aspects, from fundraising and deal structuring to investment and exit negotiations. Besides private equity, Jacques also has a broad experience in general corporate and M&A transactions, including in public M&A and takeover law related matters. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2013, he worked for five years at two major U.S. law firms in New York and Paris where he gained significant experience in capital markets and financing transactions in addition to working on corporate matters. He was a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Paris II-Assas from 2010 to 2013 and has published various articles on the subject. Within Intertrust’s Luxembourg office, Anja Grenner heads the Fund service line. Throughout her 24 years of experience, she has acquired a profound insight into key Private Equity and Real Estate markets, as well as a sound knowledge of administration, depositary, AIFM, audit and valuation matters. Prior to joining Intertrust in 2017, Anja worked for various fund administrators in Luxembourg as well as spending 8 years with EY Luxembourg as Head of Business Development for PE and RE.
Anja holds a Master’s degree from the Giessen Justus-Liebig University, Germany, where she studied Business Administration and languages, as well as a post-graduate Diploma from Royal Holloway, University of London, the Investment Management Certificate and the Real Estate Certification of the Luxembourg IFBL.

Gavan is based in London and a Partner and Head of Business Development at Centaur. Gavan was educated at the University of Limerick and has worked in the financial services industry since 1997. Prior to joining Centaur in November 2010 Gavan held senior roles at Citi Hedge Fund Services and Bisys Hedge Fund Services both in Dublin and in London from 2002. From 1997-2002 Gavan held a number of operational roles at hedge fund administrator IFS. During the period 2008 to 2009 Gavan was the COO of a distressed debt hedge fund. Alexander Rhea has a 20+ year background in Private Equity investing in both Europe and
Silicon Valley and is an expert in helping fast growing small cap companies in their global
growth. In 2014 he founded New Angle Capital (NAC Partners), a Luxembourg based GP

From 2011 to 2014, Alexander was a Partner at PwC Luxembourg and the CEO of PwC’s
Accelerator, a pan-European project within the PwC network which aimed to help promising
SMEs (turnover from EUR3m to EUR100m) become global in scope by developing certain
methodologies including systematic approaches.
From 2000 to 2011, Alexander was the Managing Partner of Pyramid Technology
Ventures, a EUR120m VC/Cap Dev private equity fund with offices in both Paris and San
Francisco. It is during his years at PTV that Alexander developed an expertise in helping
European companies become transatlantic in scope.
From 1995 to 2000, Alexander was an Investment Director at Iris Capital, at the time the
venture capital arm of the Caisse des Dépôts Group (also known as CDC) where he
developed a portfolio of US investments. Alexander was first exposed to private equity
investing, when he was hired in 1993 by GET Capital as a turnaround CEO for one of its
portfolio companies. His CEO skills were first proven when he was the CEO of Birkmayer
USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Laborbirkmayer.

Tom Alzin has more than twelve years of experience in private equity. Tom Alzin was involved in numerous acquisitions and realisations and also in the IPO of Homag. The realisations of Homag and Spheros, subsequent to their very successful development, are two of his most successful transactions. Uli Grabenwarter, is Deputy Director - Equity Investments at European Investment Fund (EIF). In this capacity he oversees EIF’s activities in Impact Investing, Technology Transfer and Venture Capital, with EIF being Europe’s biggest Fund-of-Funds Investment platform in that space. Previously he was responsible for EIF’s strategic development in the equity space and in this context has led the build-up of the Social Impact Accelerator, the first pan-European social impact investing fund-of-funds. From 2010 to 2012 he conducted a 20 months research project on impact investing in collaboration with IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona and the Family Office Circle Foundation based in Switzerland, analysing best-market-practices for impact investing in the private equity and venture capital space. He is a visiting Professor for Private Equity and Venture Capital at IESE University. He regularly publishes articles and white papers on venture capital and impact investing.
