Relations teams. Dörte came to Riverside from P+P, a leading German law firm. Prior to that she was
Chief Executive and Secretary General at Invest Europe and Managing Director at the German Private
Equity and Venture Capital Association. She began her career in financial journalism and
communications. Dörte earned her diploma in economics from the Freie Universität Berlin. She has been
recognized by a number of trade publications for her contributions to private equity, among them Most
Influential Person in European PE and Best Private Equity Personality of the Year. Dörte’s native
language is German, she is fluent in English and conversational in French.

Tom Alzin joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2004 and became a Managing Director in 2011.
He studied Business Administration at HEC Lausanne and at the London School of Economics.
Tom Alzin has more than twelve years of experience in private equity. During that time, he gained a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the mechanical and plant engineering and in the services sector. Tom Alzin was involved in numerous acquisitions and realisations and also in the IPO of Homag. The realisations of Homag and Spheros, subsequent to their very successful development, are two of his most successful transactions. Tom Alzin also led the investment process in FDG, Pfaudler, Schülerhilfe, Telio, Polytech and duagon and sits on the advisory councils of the companies, which are still part of the DBAG portfolio.

Mr. Löslein founded Credit Solutions Partners in 2017 and is a Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital Partners since 2014. Before co-founding Castik Capital Partners, he was a member of the Senior Management Committee at Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, Munich, being responsible for worldwide private equity investments in non-quoted companies and private debt solutions for 14 years. Prior to that he worked for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell AG in Frankfurt and London, being responsible for acquisition and leveraged finance products and financial sponsor coverage. He started his career at Dresdner Bank AG in 1985 with a focus on LBOs, structured finance products and corporate restructurings in London and Frankfurt.
Mr. Löslein holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg and successfully completed an Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

Deputy Director - Equity Investments @ European Investment Fund
Uli Grabenwarter, is Deputy Director - Equity Investments at European Investment Fund (EIF). In this capacity he oversees EIF’s activities in Impact Investing, Technology Transfer and Venture Capital, with EIF being Europe’s biggest Fund-of-Funds Investment platform in that space. Previously he was responsible for EIF’s strategic development in the equity space and in this context has led the build-up of the Social Impact Accelerator, the first pan-European social impact investing fund-of-funds. From 2010 to 2012 he conducted a 20 months research project on impact investing in collaboration with IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona and the Family Office Circle Foundation based in Switzerland, analysing best-market-practices for impact investing in the private equity and venture capital space. He is a visiting Professor for Private Equity and Venture Capital at IESE University. He regularly publishes articles and white papers on venture capital and impact investing. Uli is also chair of the European Impact Investing Luxembourg think-tank platform (www.eill.lu) and member of several expert groups on impact investing and impact metrics across Europe. Uli holds a Master’s degree in Business and Finance of the University of Graz.

Gilles Collombin joined Charterhouse in 2017 as a Partner and the Head of Investor Relations.
He has 24 years of Investment Banking experience including 19 years at HSBC as head of M&A for France and latterly as the Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, covering Private Equity funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices. Whilst at HSBC Gilles advised Charterhouse on numerous transactions.
Gilles holds degrees in Business Management and Mathematics, as well as a Masters in Finance and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management (DEA) from the University of Lyon. He started his career teaching Strategic Management at University of Ottawa (Ontario) and is fluent in English and French.

Andreas Bohn is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of SwanCap Partners GmbH which, together with its Luxemburg affiliate and regulated AIFM, SwanCap Investment Management S.A., forms a leading independent private markets investment management platform with offices in Munich, Luxembourg, Milan and New York.
Prior to joining SwanCap in 2015, Andreas worked for 22 years in a wide range of investment banking and private equity related functions at UniCredit/Hypovereinsbank, most recently serving as a Management Board member at UniCredit Bank AG and as a member of the Global UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking Executive Committee. He co-founded and for many years led UniCredit’s Leveraged Finance business, which provided total debt financing in excess of €50 billion for over 400 private equity sponsored transactions in the European market. He also established the Private Equity / Principal Investments business of UniCredit, which committed a total of ca. €5bn to virtually all leading private equity sponsors, through primary and secondary fund investments as well as co-investments. Andreas is a veteran of the European LBO and Private Equity industry.
Andreas received an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians University and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Munich.
