Mr. Houtteville is a Managing Director in Greenhill’s Capital Advisory group and is primarily responsible for coverage and execution of secondary transactions. Since joining Cogent Partners (which Greenhill acquired in 2015) in 2009, Mr. Houtteville has been responsible for managing all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution and has served a wide range of limited partners and general partners throughout Europe. Prior to joining Cogent, Mr. Houtteville was a Manager at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services in Paris, where he advised private equity funds and corporate clients on corporate finance, transaction support and restructuring issues. Mr. Houtteville graduated from the ESSEC Business School and the Grenoble INP Institute of Technology.

Natacha Oskian is Business Development and MarCom Director at Allen & Overy’s Luxembourg office. She also leads the Fintech team and is an active member of the Allen & Overy Global Private Equity group. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2017, Natacha worked for more than 10 years as an external and internal auditor in the private equity, investment funds and banking sectors in Luxembourg and Munich. She is an active member of the LPEA, ALFI, ABBL and LHoFT working groups and participated in drafting technical position papers for private equity (AIFMD, Limited Partnership). In 2013 Natacha moved from a role in audit to create an iLAB (innovation lab) at one of the leading BIG4 firms, focusing on financial marketing, business development, digital marketing and communication. Today she continues to work at the intersection between private equity, financial marketing and technology by combining her financial and regulatory expertise with a creative mindset.
Jacques Graas

Jacques Graas is a Corporate/M&A Counsel at Allen & Overy’s Luxembourg office. He deals with a wide range of private equity transactions across all sectors. Jacques assists clients with all transactional aspects, from fundraising and deal structuring to investment and exit negotiations. Besides private equity, Jacques also has a broad experience in general corporate and M&A transactions, including in public M&A and takeover law related matters. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2013, he worked for five years at two major U.S. law firms in New York and Paris where he gained significant experience in capital markets and financing transactions in addition to working on corporate matters. He was a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Paris II-Assas from 2010 to 2013 and has published various articles on the subject. Jacques is a graduate of Paris – Assas (Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.)).
Anja Grenner

Within Intertrust’s Luxembourg office, Anja Grenner heads the Fund service line. Throughout her 24 years of experience, she has acquired a profound insight into key Private Equity and Real Estate markets, as well as a sound knowledge of administration, depositary, AIFM, audit and valuation matters. Prior to joining Intertrust in 2017, Anja worked for various fund administrators in Luxembourg as well as spending 8 years with EY Luxembourg as Head of Business Development for PE and RE. Anja holds a Master’s degree from the Giessen Justus-Liebig University, Germany, where she studied Business Administration and languages, as well as a post-graduate Diploma from Royal Holloway, University of London, the Investment Management Certificate and the Real Estate Certification of the Luxembourg IFBL. She is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Sami Moughrabie

Mr. Moughrabie is the Managing Partner of Technologies Capital. Technologies Capital has direct and indirect global investments in leading funds and technology growth companies. Having facilitated over EUR 5 Billion in global investment transactions, Mr. Moughrabie is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s short and long term global strategy through the disruptive digitization of all major industry sectors. Mr. Moughrabie is also a global pioneer in the industrial applications of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing advising governments and global Fortune 100 companies on their technology strategies. Previously, Mr. Moughrabie was with Bank of America’s Hedge Fund Group. He specialized in multi asset products within the Capital Markets and Alternative Sectors as well as Structured Derivatives, Capital Introductions, Risk Management, and formulating strategic alliances in the alternative investments space. Mr. Moughrabie earned his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago
Gavan McGuire
Partner / Head of Business Development
Gavan is based in London and a Partner and Head of Business Development at Centaur. Gavan was educated at the University of Limerick and has worked in the financial services industry since 1997. Prior to joining Centaur in November 2010 Gavan held senior roles at Citi Hedge Fund Services and Bisys Hedge Fund Services both in Dublin and in London from 2002. From 1997-2002 Gavan held a number of operational roles at hedge fund administrator IFS. During the period 2008 to 2009 Gavan was the COO of a distressed debt hedge fund. Gavan is currently a director of Hedge Funds Care UK, a charity focused on raising money and granting it to child welfare organizations. He has also participated in the AIMA communications committee.
Alexandre Rhea
Managing Partner @ New Angle Capital
Alexander Rhea has a 20+ year background in Private Equity investing in both Europe and Silicon Valley and is an expert in helping fast growing small cap companies in their global growth. In 2014 he founded New Angle Capital (NAC Partners), a Luxembourg based GP for fund-of-funds, Corporates, Family Offices and Private Banks. NAC Partners invests opportunistically in Western Europe alternative assets. Currently NAC Partners currently manages a portfolio of 36 SMEs. From 2011 to 2014, Alexander was a Partner at PwC Luxembourg and the CEO of PwC’s Accelerator, a pan-European project within the PwC network which aimed to help promising SMEs (turnover from EUR3m to EUR100m) become global in scope by developing certain methodologies including systematic approaches. From 2000 to 2011, Alexander was the Managing Partner of Pyramid Technology Ventures, a EUR120m VC/Cap Dev private equity fund with offices in both Paris and San Francisco. It is during his years at PTV that Alexander developed an expertise in helping European companies become transatlantic in scope. From 1995 to 2000, Alexander was an Investment Director at Iris Capital, at the time the venture capital arm of the Caisse des Dépôts Group (also known as CDC) where he developed a portfolio of US investments. Alexander was first exposed to private equity investing, when he was hired in 1993 by GET Capital as a turnaround CEO for one of its portfolio companies. His CEO skills were first proven when he was the CEO of Birkmayer USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Laborbirkmayer. Alexander graduated from HEC Paris (France) and has received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing and Electronics from Catholic University (Washington, DC)
Tom Alzin

Tom Alzin joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2004 and became a Managing Director in 2011. He studied Business Administration at HEC Lausanne and at the London School of Economics. Tom Alzin has more than twelve years of experience in private equity. During that time, he gained a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the mechanical and plant engineering and in the services sector. Tom Alzin was involved in numerous acquisitions and realisations and also in the IPO of Homag. The realisations of Homag and Spheros, subsequent to their very successful development, are two of his most successful transactions. Tom Alzin also led the investment process in FDG, Pfaudler, Schülerhilfe, Telio, Polytech and duagon and sits on the advisory councils of the companies, which are still part of the DBAG portfolio.
Reiner M. Löslein

Mr. Löslein founded Credit Solutions Partners in 2017 and is a Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital Partners since 2014. Before co-founding Castik Capital Partners, he was a member of the Senior Management Committee at Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, Munich, being responsible for worldwide private equity investments in non-quoted companies and private debt solutions for 14 years. Prior to that he worked for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell AG in Frankfurt and London, being responsible for acquisition and leveraged finance products and financial sponsor coverage. He started his career at Dresdner Bank AG in 1985 with a focus on LBOs, structured finance products and corporate restructurings in London and Frankfurt. Mr. Löslein holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg and successfully completed an Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

Rajaa Mekouar-Schneider

Rajaa Mekouar joined Kharis Capital, a direct investment firm backed by Family Offices and dedicated to mid cap Consumer investments in 2016, out of Luxembourg, after 15 years in Private Equity in London. Rajaa was previously an investor (GP) at Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Ventures, Lazard European Private Equity Partners and Change Capital Partners. In 2008, she co founded Terra Magna Capital, an Agriculture investment SPV via her own boutique, Maera Capital, in partnership with Massena Partners. She started her career in the late 1990s at Procter & Gamble and Dresdner Kleinwort (M&A). Rajaa is a graduate of HEC Grande Ecole and MBA INSEAD. She is an active board member of the LPEA and the initiator of the LPEA Insights Conference Series.
Oliver Kneschewitz

Oliver is a Principal in the Private Equity Asset Management team which is the exclusive advisor to the Siemens pension funds with regards to their global portfolio of private equity and credit funds, secondaries and co-investments. Before he joined Siemens in 2013, he was an Investment Manager at von Braun&Schreiber, a Munich-based Private Equity Fund-of-Funds where he focused on Buyout, Distressed and Secondary Investments. Prior to that, Oliver held positions at banks and investment advisory firms. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim.

Ariel is a technology investor and entreprenur. He is the head of Corporate Development at Saidler & Co. which manages assets of EUR 7.2bn through its portfolio companies.
John Woyton

John is responsible for the firm’s European Technology, Media and Telecom sector team. John joined the firm in 2009, having previously been an investment professional at The Carlyle Group and 3i. John began his career at UBS Investment Bank. John is a member of Chatham House and the Royal Economic Society, and is a trustee of Little Bleeders, a charity raising awareness for children with blood disorders. John received his BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Mark Corbidge

Mark is currently working on a new project in Private Equity. Mr. Corbidge was a Partner of TPG, based in the London office until the end of 2017 where he was responsible for TPG’s Industrials Group in Europe. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Mr. Corbidge was a Senior Principal at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) focusing on direct private equity investments. Prior to CPPIB, he served as the Co-Head of Private Equity at Doughty Hanson & Co., where he was responsible for the investment activity across the portfolio. Mr. Corbidge originally joined Doughty Hanson & Co. from sportswear business Umbro Holdings, where he spent five years as Chief Development Officer. He has held various roles in the sports market, including serving as the Chief Executive of Newcastle United, where he oversaw the club’s public listing on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Corbidge started his career with N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd. as a member of the corporate finance team. He later joined S.G. Warburg & Co. where he worked on a wide variety of M&A transactions in the UK, Germany and Austria. Mr. Corbidge holds a degree from the Centre d’Études Supérieres Européenes de Management (Group ESC Reims) and a B.A. Honors in European Business Administration from Middlesex Business School.
Ivan Massonat

Ivan first joined PAI in 2000 as a member of the Investment Group, where he was involved in a number of transactions including Elis. In 2004 Ivan started to focus on PAI’s investor relations and fundraising activities. In 2008, he joined Fondations Capital as Partner, Chief Operating Officer. Late 2010, he rejoined PAI as member of the Investor Team. He started his career at Paribas, holding an e-business consulting role to various business lines within the investment bank in Paris, New York and London. Ivan graduated from the Institut National des Télécommunications (INT) and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Université d’Evry. His French and English are fluent, and he has notions of German.
Uli Grabenwarter
Deputy Director - Equity Investments @ European Investment Fund
Uli Grabenwarter, is Deputy Director - Equity Investments at European Investment Fund (EIF). In this capacity he oversees EIF’s activities in Impact Investing, Technology Transfer and Venture Capital, with EIF being Europe’s biggest Fund-of-Funds Investment platform in that space. Previously he was responsible for EIF’s strategic development in the equity space and in this context has led the build-up of the Social Impact Accelerator, the first pan-European social impact investing fund-of-funds. From 2010 to 2012 he conducted a 20 months research project on impact investing in collaboration with IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona and the Family Office Circle Foundation based in Switzerland, analysing best-market-practices for impact investing in the private equity and venture capital space. He is a visiting Professor for Private Equity and Venture Capital at IESE University. He regularly publishes articles and white papers on venture capital and impact investing. Uli is also chair of the European Impact Investing Luxembourg think-tank platform (www.eill.lu) and member of several expert groups on impact investing and impact metrics across Europe. Uli holds a Master’s degree in Business and Finance of the University of Graz.
Gilles Collombin

Gilles Collombin joined Charterhouse in 2017 as a Partner and the Head of Investor Relations. He has 24 years of Investment Banking experience including 19 years at HSBC as head of M&A for France and latterly as the Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, covering Private Equity funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices.  Whilst at HSBC Gilles advised Charterhouse on numerous transactions. Gilles holds degrees in Business Management and Mathematics, as well as a Masters in Finance and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management (DEA) from the University of Lyon.  He started his career teaching Strategic Management at University of Ottawa (Ontario) and is fluent in English and French.
Jonathan Bowers

Partner, Credit Partners and Senior Portfolio Manager, CVC Credit Partners (formerly CVC Cordatus). He founded CVC Cordatus in 2006 and led the development and management of the European CLO, managed account and Credit Opportunity businesses. Prior to this he was a senior director in the European Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank (Bankers Trust) , and also worked in M&A at Charterhouse Bank and Citibank in London and New York. Jonathan holds an MA in French and History from the University of Oxford

Prior to joining SwanCap in 2015, Andreas worked for 22 years in a wide range of investment banking and private equity related functions at UniCredit/Hypovereinsbank, most recently serving as a Management Board member at UniCredit Bank AG and as a member of the Global UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking Executive Committee. He co-founded and for many years led UniCredit’s Leveraged Finance business, which provided total debt financing in excess of €50 billion for over 400 private equity sponsored transactions in the European market. He also established the Private Equity / Principal Investments business of UniCredit, which committed a total of ca. €5bn to virtually all leading private equity sponsors, through primary and secondary fund investments as well as co-investments. Andreas is a veteran of the European LBO and Private Equity industry. Andreas received an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians University and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Munich.
Alex Collins

Alex has over 19 years of private equity investment and operational experience, including originating and structuring transactions in a range of sectors and geographies from growth equity to MBOs to restructuring and turnaround situations. He started his career at GE Capital in 1995 before being seconded to Advent International for two years as Associate Director. He subsequently joined Henderson Private Capital as Principal. Alex joined Oakley in 2007 from Wharfedale Capital where he was a Partner involved in purchasing secondary assets. Alex’s focus at Oakley is deal origination, execution, portfolio management and position realisation. Alex holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economic History from Union College, New York.
