As an asset manager at RSJ Investment, Martin leads investments in Technology, Organic Agro and Insurance. Before joining RSJ, Martin was a CEO and co-owner of the IT company Orbit. He is educated and experienced in business coaching and passionate about teaching mentoring his students at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
RSJ Tech FoF invests in early-stage VC funds, usually first-time fund managers, the most of the capital in the CE region. He is currently working on the second Tech FoF focused on Western Europe and the US.
Partner, Head of Europe @ StepStone
Mr. Jeffrey leads StepStone’s activities in Europe and is a member of the private equity team, focusing on investments in Europe and the Middle East and co-investments. He is also involved in the Firm’s ESG and diversity initiatives, as well as various investment and management activities.
Prior to joining StepStone in 2012, Mr. Jeffrey was a managing partner at Parish Capital where he founded the firm’s European and Asian practices and oversaw the secondary and co-investment businesses. Before that he served as managing director of Bank of America’s European private equity group. Previously, Mr. Jeffrey was a managing director and head of BancBoston Capital’s European and Asian operations.

Vjačeslav is a country director for the Czech Republic at Enterprise Investors. Prior to joining Enterprise Investors, Vjačeslav was a manager at EY Czech Republic, where he was responsible for corporate finance, transaction advisory and financial restructuring projects across Central and Eastern Europe. He also spent one year at EY in London in a department specialising in transaction advisory for financial institutions.

Csaba holds a Diploma in Law from the Eotvos Lorand University, Budapest, Hungary.

Guillaume Lautour is Managing Partner of Level-Up, a fund investing in gaming studios in Europe and Asia. He is a seasoned venture capitalist with a passion for product innovation and creative media. Before founding Level-Up in 2015, Guillaume was for 15 years a Partner of Idinvest, a Private Equity firm based in Paris and managing €7 billion. Guillaume led the funding of more than 35 European and US startups in Technology and Digital Media. During that time, his investments helped create $4 billion in corporate value with 36% IRR and include companies like Deezer, Dailymotion or Criteo. Guillaume started his career in investment banking and project management, working for 5 years in France, China and the USA.

Guillaume started his career with Goldman Sachs in Boston facilitating securities lending transactions. After a move to London he spent three years with Kaiser Associate’s UK office leading engagements for various Fortune 500 companies, mainly in the healthcare and FMCG space. In 2014, he made the jump to Venture Capital, first at Athene Capital in London and then at Credo where he has led or co-led 9 deals and counting since 2016.
When he is not running around CEE trying to keep up with the increasing amount of talented founders, he can most likely be found in the mountains rock climbing, kite surfing or skiing up and down the magnificent landscapes. Boardgames are a bit of a favourite of his as well.
Guillaume has a Masters from the LSE and an MBA from INSEAD.

He has been one of Germany’s most respected independent researchers and published on a regular basis market surveys and studies on current topics in private equity / infrastructure. Beforehand, Uwe was more than seven years (1992-1998) a management consultant / project leader at international consulting firms Mercer Management Consulting and Arthur D. Little. He graduated in Business Administration from University of Bremen, followed by a postgraduate (Diploma) in “European Enterprise Management” at Dorset Business School in Bournemouth (England) and University of Barcelona (Spain).

Dmytro Boroday joined Horizon Capital in March 2016 bringing significant management consulting and industry experience to the firm. Dmytro started with Horizon Capital in 2010 as an analyst, leaving in 2012 to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School. He re-joined the firm after first gaining extensive consulting experience at McKinsey & Company in Dubai, where he worked on strategy, cost-cutting and corporate finance projects.
Dmytro received an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA), and holds degrees in International Economics from Kyiv State University (Ukraine), where he graduated top of class.

William R. Watson, is the Managing Partner of Value4Capital, a Poland and Central European focused private equity firm. Bill began investing in central Europe in 1992 with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He continued with Baring Private Equity Partners from 1997 and Société Générale Asset Management from 2005. In October 2011 he and his partners spun-out with the fund raised under the SGAM brand to become Value4Capital. They recently completed fundraising for their €91m V4C Poland Plus Fund, which they are currently investing. A Canadian and French citizen, he has been a board member at portfolio companies across central Europe and played an active role in the industry as a member of Invest Europe’s Mid-Market Platform Council from 2012 to 2018 and a member and then Chairman of its Professional Standards Committee.
