Rajaa Mekouar-Schneider is the Head of PE for a prominent Luxembourg single family office and the elected Chairwoman of the LPEA. Her PE roles included General Partner (GP) positions at VC / PE funds Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Lazard European Private Equity Partners and Change Capital Partners in London. Between 2008 and 2016, Rajaa was the founding director of Maera Capital, a boutique dedicated to co-investing with family offices. Most recently she was the Head of Syndicate at family-backed co-investment platform, Kharis Capital, in Luxembourg. She is a graduate of HEC Grande Ecole in France and holds an MBA from INSEAD. She speaks French, English, German, Spanish and Arabic.

Alexander Rhea has a 20+ year background in Private Equity investing in both Europe and
Silicon Valley and is an expert in helping fast growing small cap companies in their global
growth. In 2014 he founded New Angle Capital (NAC Partners), a Luxembourg based GP
for fund-of-funds, Corporates, Family Offices and Private Banks. NAC Partners invests
opportunistically in Western Europe alternative assets. Currently NAC Partners currently
manages a portfolio of 36 SMEs.
From 2011 to 2014, Alexander was a Partner at PwC Luxembourg and the CEO of PwC’s

From 2000 to 2011, Alexander was the Managing Partner of Pyramid Technology

From 1995 to 2000, Alexander was an Investment Director at Iris Capital, at the time the

Nigel Williams is the chairman and co-founder of Royalton Partners, a Luxembourg based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) managing some Euro 3 billion of target fund commitments. The firm was established in 1996 and focuses on the management of Alternative Investment Funds including Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure, both of its own funds and those of other investment firms on a third party basis.
Mr Williams has served on boards of numerous portfolio companies, in the Private Equity and Real Estate space.This included being the Chairmanof ELLA Bank ,a mortgage bank and CertAsig, an insurance company. He was a board member of Investec Global Strategy fund an umbrella UCITS fund from 1994 until 2010.

Prior to forming Royalton Partners, Mr. Williams spent five years as the CEO and was a founding shareholder of the Prague-based Creditanstalt Investment Company. The firm managed the first ever mutual fund in the Czech Republic as well as two hybrid listed equity and private equity funds, one of which was focused on infrastructure investments. From October 1990-1991, he was as an adviser to the Board of Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka as part of the UK Foreign Office Know How Fund Program. Prior to that, Mr Williams spent six years as the Managing Director and was a founding partner of Williams, Cook, Lott and Kissack(now ICAP WCLK), a London government bond inter dealer broker.
