Ms. Flora Macher has joined Oriens in 2007 when the firm was founded and is now a Partner at Oriens. She is responsible for transaction execution and ownership management. She also heads the firm's financial administration and fund management department. Ms. Macher has an MSc in Economics from Corvinus University Budapest and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a PhD Candidate of the Economic History Department at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Małgorzata Bobrowska-Jarząbek is a co-founder and Partner at Resource Partners. Resource Partners is an accomplished private equity investor focusing exclusively on equity investments in Central and Eastern European countries, which are members of European Union. Resource Partners focuses primarily on identifying fast growing companies with proven management teams in consumer goods and services. Earlier, she was Associate at The Carlyle Group where she worked on transactions in consumer goods, retail and manufacturing and Project Director in International Expansion department of the largest Polish insurance company, PZU. Before moving to financial services, Ms. Bobrowska-Jarząbek was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Chicago and Warsaw, where she focused on advising clients, among others, in consumer goods, retail and manufacturing. Małgorzata received MBA from Kellogg School of Management as well as M.Sc. in International Management from CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) and M.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Emília is a Founding Partner of ESPIRA Investments, a private equity firm targeting growth capital investments in Czech and Slovak based SMEs. ESPIRA's objective is to support local entrepreneurs to realise their potential. Prior to co-founding ESPIRA, Emília was a Head of Czech Republic and Slovakia with PineBridge Investments CEE, which is a Central European focused private equity firm managing over EUR 500 million. Ondrej Vicar is a partner in a private equity firm Genesis Capital. He began his cooperation with Genesis in 2007 as a turnaround manager in one of the portfolio companies Vltava.cz. Since then, he has been involved in GTH Catering, AZ KLIMA, Servodata, JRC Czech, HSW Signall and 3070 projects located in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to Genesis, Ondrej worked in Ogilvy Public Relations Prague as an Account Manager where he specialized in financial sector clients. Ondrej studied under a Socrates scholarship in Santiago de Chile and with the George Soros' Open Society Fund in the USA and graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.

Bill has over 20 years' experience of deal making in the CEE region, both as an investor and as an advisor.
He joined CEE Equity (Investment Advisor to China CEE Fund) in October 2013. He initiated and started the execution of the Fund’s first investment outside Poland – the partial buy-out of Hungary’s leading private university in December 2014.
He also initiated and led the execution of the Fund’s co-investment with Black Peak Capital into Walltopia (the world leader in the manufacture and installation of indoor climbing walls); and Javna Razsvetljava, a Slovenian municipal lighting company.
He is now seeking investment opportunities for the second China CEE Fund, mainly in Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, former Yugoslavia and Albania.
His early career was as an officer in the British Army, which included active service in the Falkland Islands and the First Gulf War, for which he was awarded an MBE. He has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from Henley Management College.

As a Managing Partner, Wojciech Goc is co-responsible for driving the strategic and operational direction of Argan and is a member of Argan's Investment Committee.
Mr Goc leads Argan's investment activity in the emerging European markets and co-leads the partnership's activity in the Nordic Region. Since co-founding the Argan team in 1996, Mr Goc has led deal teams on transactions spanning various industry sectors in both the Nordic region (GCE, Humana, Janton and Paroc), as well as emerging Europe (AAT, BIM, Hortex and Hungarocamion). He currently sits on the boards of AAT, REN and Janton and successfully realised the investments in BIM, Hortex, Hungarocamion and Paroc.
Before joining the Argan team, Mr Goc was a Managing Director and Co-owner of an investment advisory firm located in Warsaw, prior to which he worked in Boston for JMAI, a gas storage and power projects company, and IBM in New York.
Mr Goc holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and MA in Economics from Akademia Ekonomiczna in Poznan, Poland.

Mr. Muzyczyszyn joined Innova in 2008. He spent the previous three years as a Director of Darby Private Equity running the Polish office. His responsibilities included mezzanine financings and private equity investments across multiple sectors and countries in CEE. Prior to joining Darby, he spent over eight years in total with Allianz Specialized Investments, where he was part of a team managing the Emerging Europe Fund.
Mr. Muzyczyszyn's chief responsibilities include leading the Portfolio function which oversees the development process for Innova's investments. He is also engaged in coordinating the financing & debt raising for new investments and for portfolio companies. He has co-led investments in Meritum Bank, Expander Advisors and Bakalland/Delecta.
Mr. Muzyczyszyn holds a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Law from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Cass Business School in London. Leszek is a President of the Polish Private Equity Association.
