Ms. Flora Macher has joined Oriens in 2007 when the firm was founded and is now a Partner at Oriens. She is responsible for transaction execution and ownership management. She also heads the firm's financial administration and fund management department. Ms. Macher has an MSc in Economics from Corvinus University Budapest and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a PhD Candidate of the Economic History Department at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Małgorzata Bobrowska-Jarząbek is a co-founder and Partner at Resource Partners. Resource Partners is an accomplished private equity investor focusing exclusively on equity investments in Central and Eastern European countries, which are members of European Union. Resource Partners focuses primarily on identifying fast growing companies with proven management teams in consumer goods and services. Earlier, she was Associate at The Carlyle Group where she worked on transactions in consumer goods, retail and manufacturing and Project Director in International Expansion department of the largest Polish insurance company, PZU. Before moving to financial services, Ms. Bobrowska-Jarząbek was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Chicago and Warsaw, where she focused on advising clients, among others, in consumer goods, retail and manufacturing. Małgorzata received MBA from Kellogg School of Management as well as M.Sc. in International Management from CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) and M.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Emília is a Founding Partner of ESPIRA Investments, a private equity firm targeting growth capital investments in Czech and Slovak based SMEs. ESPIRA's objective is to support local entrepreneurs to realise their potential. An additional element of ESPIRA's investment philosophy is a focus on companies managed by balanced teams of men and women. Prior to co-founding ESPIRA, Emília was a Head of Czech Republic and Slovakia with PineBridge Investments CEE, which is a Central European focused private equity firm managing over EUR 500 million. Earlier in her career, Emília was a member of the investment team of Benson Oak Capital and Penta Investments. Emília has been involved in transactions in a variety of sectors including health care, consumer goods, manufacturing and services. Emília graduated with honors with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Michal is a Partner at ARX Equity Partners, an established private equity firm with over 20 years of experience with investing in medium-sized companies in Central Europe. At ARX, Michal is responsible for investment activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to joining ARX, Michal worked in the Central European team of Advent International, and currently also serves as a Board Member of the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA).
Ondrej Bartos

An entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Ondrej currently manages Credo Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm, which he co-founded in January 2009. Until December 2008 he served as the Senior Investment Director of MCI Management S.A., where he was responsible for managing investments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and former Yugoslavia. Since 2009, he has starred in the investment TV show Den D on Czech TV.
Ondrej Vicar
Partner @ Genesis Capital
Ondrej Vicar is a partner in a private equity firm Genesis Capital. He began his cooperation with Genesis in 2007 as a turnaround manager in one of the portfolio companies Vltava.cz. Since then, he has been involved in GTH Catering, AZ KLIMA, Servodata, JRC Czech, HSW Signall and 3070 projects located in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to Genesis, Ondrej worked in Ogilvy Public Relations Prague as an Account Manager where he specialized in financial sector clients. Ondrej studied under a Socrates scholarship in Santiago de Chile and with the George Soros' Open Society Fund in the USA and graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
Peter Irikovsky

Peter is CEO of Exponea, one of the fastest growing Slovak scale-up companies, and managing partner at venture capital holding LRJ Capital. Before that, he used analytics to turn Slevomat Group into one of the fastest growing internet firms in CEE with over €100M revenues, and a #1 in flash sales in 6 countries. In the past, he worked as a regional director at Groupon UK and a consultant with McKinsey and KPMG. He studied computer science at Charles University and is a Singularity University Graduate.
Patric Gresko
Head of Division - Innovation and Technology Investments @ European Investment Fund
Patric Gresko co-leads the venture capital activity of the European Investment Fund (EIF), which he joined in 2001. The EIF is the largest European venture capital fund-of- funds with more than EUR 6bn under management and a portfolio of over 300 venture capital funds, technology transfer operators and business angels covering all major technology sectors, life sciences and social & environmental impact. The team that Patric co-leads comprises close to 40 passionate investment professionals from 15 different countries. Prior to joining EIF, Patric worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg as an auditor and consultant for the financial sector. Patric holds a Masters in Business Engineering from HEC Management School – University of Liège.
Bill Fawkner-Corbett
Investment Director @ CEE Equity Partners
Bill has over 20 years' experience of deal making in the CEE region, both as an investor and as an advisor. He joined CEE Equity (Investment Advisor to China CEE Fund) in October 2013. He initiated and started the execution of the Fund’s first investment outside Poland – the partial buy-out of Hungary’s leading private university in December 2014. He also initiated and led the execution of the Fund’s co-investment with Black Peak Capital into Walltopia (the world leader in the manufacture and installation of indoor climbing walls); and Javna Razsvetljava, a Slovenian municipal lighting company. He is now seeking investment opportunities for the second China CEE Fund, mainly in Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, former Yugoslavia and Albania. His early career was as an officer in the British Army, which included active service in the Falkland Islands and the First Gulf War, for which he was awarded an MBE. He has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Wojciech Goc
Managing Partner @ Argan Capital Advisors
As a Managing Partner, Wojciech Goc is co-responsible for driving the strategic and operational direction of Argan and is a member of Argan's Investment Committee. Mr Goc leads Argan's investment activity in the emerging European markets and co-leads the partnership's activity in the Nordic Region. Since co-founding the Argan team in 1996, Mr Goc has led deal teams on transactions spanning various industry sectors in both the Nordic region (GCE, Humana, Janton and Paroc), as well as emerging Europe (AAT, BIM, Hortex and Hungarocamion). He currently sits on the boards of AAT, REN and Janton and successfully realised the investments in BIM, Hortex, Hungarocamion and Paroc. Before joining the Argan team, Mr Goc was a Managing Director and Co-owner of an investment advisory firm located in Warsaw, prior to which he worked in Boston for JMAI, a gas storage and power projects company, and IBM in New York. Mr Goc holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and MA in Economics from Akademia Ekonomiczna in Poznan, Poland.
Leszek Muzyczyszyn
Senior Partner @ Innova Capital
Mr. Muzyczyszyn joined Innova in 2008. He spent the previous three years as a Director of Darby Private Equity running the Polish office. His responsibilities included mezzanine financings and private equity investments across multiple sectors and countries in CEE. Prior to joining Darby, he spent over eight years in total with Allianz Specialized Investments, where he was part of a team managing the Emerging Europe Fund. Mr. Muzyczyszyn's chief responsibilities include leading the Portfolio function which oversees the development process for Innova's investments. He is also engaged in coordinating the financing & debt raising for new investments and for portfolio companies. He has co-led investments in Meritum Bank, Expander Advisors and Bakalland/Delecta. Mr. Muzyczyszyn holds a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Law from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Cass Business School in London. Leszek is a President of the Polish Private Equity Association.
Martin Chocholacek

Martin is a Vice President at Enterprise Investors, the oldest and one of the largest private equity firms in CEE. He joined Enterprise Investors in 2012 and is responsible for investments in Czech and Slovak markets. At EI he was engaged in various investments and exits, including Nay, Scitec (HU), Noriel (RO), Kofola and CBA Slovakia. Prior to joining Enterprise Investors he worked in Wood & Company in their Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw teams specializing in M&A transactions, project finance deals and IPOs. Before he worked in the Swiss private equity fund of funds manager Horizon21 (currently BlackRock), responsible for investments in Europe and the US. Martin earned his CFA designation in 2009. He also serves as a Board Member of the Slovak Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (SLOVCA).

Michael has built and grown in Enterprise Software and Media Startups, started the first commercial bloghoster in Europe and worked on the next generation of online banking. As founder and partner of Speedinvest, he helps Startups like Flaviar (Subscription eCommerce), Bitmovin (Enterprise Software) or Tourradar (Travel eCommerce) to grow.
Piotr Miller

Lawyer. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. Between 1995 and 1999, manager and commercial counsellor in the Management Group LODZ – a limited investment company of PBG Bank Inc. Between 1999 and 2001, he supervised consulting projects for local government units and municipal companies within the framework of USAID/LGPP program. He owes his expertise of private equity market to working for Copernicus Capital Partners – the company managing private equity funds in Poland and the Balkans, as well as NFI Octava and Piast funds. He represented the funds of Copernicus at Supervisory Board meetings of portfolio companies.President of the Board from 2003 to 2005 of NFI Piast Inc. Avallon’s Partner since 2005.

Christian Mandl is Managing Partner at Neulogy Ventures, a Bratislava-based early-stage VC fund with a portfolio of 37 technology companies. Christian co-founded SkyEurope in 2001, a Central European low-cost airline based in Slovakia, which he managed until 2007 as Chief Executive Officer. He took SkyEurope public on the Vienna and Warsaw stock exchanges in 2005 before exiting his investment in 2007. In 2009, Christian took over the assets of Maporama, a leading French provider of digital mapping solutions for professional users. He restructured the company and sold it in March 2013 to TIBCO Software, a that time a NASDAQ-listed company. Christian is a member of the Venturepreneurs’ Organization, a European network of business angels, and has been selected in 2013 as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Michal Rybovic

Michal is a partner at Sandberg Capital, a private equity firm investing in mid-sized companies in the CEE region. He joined Sandberg Capital in 2014 and since then he led several investments especially in IT and Telco sectors. Michal is responsible for Sandberg’s recent acquisitions of two largest alternative telco operators (BENESTRA, SWAN) in Slovakia. Since September 2016 he serves as a CEO of BENESTRA. Prior to joining Sandberg Capital, he spent 7 years with J&T Corporate Finance where he was part of a M&A team.
Michaela Krskova
Former Investment Manager @ Neulogy Ventures
Michaela was at the inception of Slovakia's first regulated venture capital fund managed by Neulogy Ventures, with AUM of Eur 26 million and investments in more than 30 startup companies. During her time as investment manager, Michaela managed investor relations, closed investments and advised over a dozen portfolio companies. She also co-founded Startup Awards (currently "Future Now"), Slovakia's most prestigious startup event and competition recently acquired by HubHub. She had previously worked as technology transfer consultant at the University of Oxford and at Neulogy and evaluates funding proposals for the Horizon 2020 program at the European Commission. She has been featured in New Europe 100 list of challengers in business, put together annually by Google, the Financial Times and Res Publica. Michaela holds a B.A. degree from Princeton University and a Master's from the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
