Paul Jozefak is a serial company builder and has been both an entrepreneur as well as a venture capitalist in the past 20 years. With his co-founder, Paul launched Liquid Labs at the beginning of 2012. This incubator for the Otto Group brings together their work experience, allowing them to implement their skillsets while taking advantage of their extensive network. Liquid Labs has successfully launched 14 companies to date with 6 successful exits already realized.
In late 2016 Paul was asked to take charge of Otto Group Digital Solutions (OGDS), the parent company of Liquid Labs. In this position, he continues to build new businesses for the Otto Group but is also responsible for driving innovation for the group as well as managing a broad portfolio of technology companies.
Paul graduated with dual degrees in Finance and German from Rutgers University. At the same time he was also involved with his first start-up in Germany, which was focused on real estate in former Eastern German cities and brought a technology component to what was then a very manual business. It was also this experience that would ultimately lead him to where he is now.

Nenad Marovac has more than 25 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience in the technology and media sectors.
Nenad is the Founder and Managing Partner of DN Capital. Prior to DN Capital, Nenad was a Partner at Advent International in London, where he focused on TMT investments.
Nenad focuses on investments in marketplaces, software as a service (SAAS), fintech, consumer mobile applications and digital health companies. Amongst his select investments are Shazam Entertainment (sold to Apple), Auto1 (largest online marketplace for used cars), Apsmart (acquired by Thomson Reuters), Book A Tiger, Datanomic (acquired by Oracle), Endeca, (acquired by Oracle), Eve Sleep (IPO London), Happn, Hometogo, Hostmaker, Joblift, Mister Spex, Performance Horizon Group, Purplebricks (IPO London), Tbricks (acquired by Orc) and Quandoo (acquired by Recruit Holding). Nenad is also the Chairman of the Venture Capital Board of Invest Europe and an active member of YPO in London and Berlin.

Martin is an advisor and angel investor with 15 years’ experience as a professional investor, primarily as former General Partner in Creandum (first VC in Spotify), where he was responsible for multiple exits a.o. Jays AB (IPO), IPtronics (acquired by Mellanox) and Nanoradio (acquired by Samsung). He is an investor in London based Kindred Capital, Felix Capital and Frog Capital where he is the Chairman of the Board. Martin has started multiple companies and he is or has recently been on the board of No Isolation (N), Automile (US), Appear TV (N), Vivino (US) and Auto-Butler (DK). In addition, he recently invested in the Slovakian flying car company AeroMobil. Martin's track record includes more than 15 years of operational experience as a CEO and more than 25 years of board experience from tech companies.

With more than 10 years of experience in venture capital, Cédric Köhler specializes in innovative business concepts in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Creathor Ventures Cédric Köhler worked several years as a business consultant at Synpulse in Zurich, where he was involved in projects in the areas of CRM, web applications, customer retention systems and business development. He has a master’s degree in business administration and majored in business informatics. He gained venture capital experience at the Technologieholding VC GmbH along with international work experience in France and the US in particular. He attended the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
