Piotr Misztal is a Partner at Value4Capital (V4C), investing in Central and Eastern Europe with focus on mid-market buy-out or expansion capital transactions. Value4Capital is a spinout of Amundi Private Equity Funds and is currently investing from V4C Eastern Europe II with a total committed capital of €156m. Piotr joined V4C in 2007. Prior to that, since 1998 he was a Partner at Polish office of Riverside, a US private equity management company focused on mid market buyouts.
